TP is seeking a Principal AI Transformation Architect to turn strategic opportunities into scalable AI solutions. The role spans discovery, architecture, prototyping, and production readiness, collaborating across client, operations, product, data, and cybersecurity teams.

You will lead architecture decisions, design guardrails, and guide delivery while embedding Responsible AI principles. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in technology, 5+ years in enterprise solution design, and 3+ years of

Formación

• 10+ years in technology, architecture, software engineering, data, or consulting.
• 5+ years designing enterprise solutions or leading complex architecture.
• 3+ years applying AI/ML/GenAI with production outcomes.
• Client-facing experience with workshops, exec briefings, or solution decisions.
• Hands-on with at least one major hyperscaler (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degrees/desirable certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end solution integrity from opportunity to operation.
• Lead AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation initiatives as authority.
• Guide cross-functional teams without formal people management authority.
• Define baselines, value hypotheses, ROI, and success metrics.
• Build PoCs, prototypes, and guardrails for production readiness.
• Evaluate models, platforms, and integrations; review code and tests.
