RECLUTAMIENTO seeks a hands-on AI Architect to lead the architecture and evolution of an advanced AI Agent platform. You will turn complex AI concepts into scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions.

You will drive architecture reviews, set future-state design, and make key technology decisions across AI and orchestration platforms, while ensuring governance, compliance, and security.

Formación

• Extensive experience as AI Architect with strong system design and forward deployment engineering.
• Deep knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and security best practices.
• Proven ability to translate architectural concepts into practical designs.
• Hands-on with technologies such as Databricks.
• Multidisciplinary skill set of a forward deployment engineer.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture reviews, gap analysis, and future-state design.
• Drive scalable system architecture aligned with product roadmap.
• Make key technology decisions across AI and orchestration platforms.
• Ensure AI governance, compliance, and security requirements are met.
• Optimize context engineering, latency, and cost.
• Design and apply retrieval engineering solutions.
• Architect solutions for mobile and tablet deployments, considering latency and auditability.
