AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Client Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives at large US enterprises, shaping AI-driven digital transformation initiatives from inception through execution.

You will partner with clients to translate complex technology into business outcomes and oversee account performance with delivery teams. The role requires deep IT services consulting experience, strong English, and quarterly travel to the US.

Formación

• 5+ years of consulting experience in the U.S.
• Experience managing client relationships in the IT services or custom software development industry
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience within digital transformation or modernization programs
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• U.S. residency or a valid U.S. visa with availability to travel to the U.S. quarterly
• Strong technical understanding of IT projects
• Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives within large enterprise organizations.
• Define and lead strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption.
• Partner with clients to shape AI strategies, identify high-impact use cases, and support end-to-end execution of these initiatives.
• Help organizations translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes through a consulting approach.
• Oversee account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Travel to the U.S. quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
