TP is seeking a Principal Solution Architect - Digital Transformation, AI & CX to translate client needs into end-to-end, commercially viable solutions. You will lead discovery, shape architecture across processes, data, and platforms, and coordinate cross-functional teams including AI, Data, Cloud, and CX experts.
Role requires deep experience in enterprise solutions, pre-sales, and executive-level storytelling, with emphasis on building scalable, secure, and measurable outcomes for clients
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- MBA in Digital Transformation or Strategy is a plus.
- Experience in solution architecture for enterprise-scale CX/Digital Transformation projects.
Responsabilidades
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on digital transformation, AI, automation, and CX.
- Lead discovery sessions to understand objectives, processes, customer journeys, data, and constraints.
- Design the end-to-end solution architecture across processes, data, platforms, AI, and operating model.
- Coordinate TP assets and partner solutions into a coherent, defensible solution.
- Present and defend the solution to executive and technical audiences, with strong storytelling.
