Slalom is a technology and consulting company delivering AI-driven solutions to diverse clients. We apply ML, NLP, CV and recommendation systems to solve complex business problems and partner with technology vendors to push innovation.

As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will help from sales through delivery, shape pricing strategies, mentor teammates, and stay current with AI trends. The role offers collaboration across teams in a hybrid Bogotá office.

Formación

• Excellent Python for ML/AI use cases.
• Strong consultative and communication skills.
• Experience deploying ML/AI into production with CI/CD and Docker.
• Hands-on with RAG, agentic workflows, or LLMS.
• Cloud experience with AWS, GCP or Azure and data platforms (Databricks/Snowflake).
• COPNIA license required for Colombia-based roles.

Responsabilidades

• Provide AI/ML solutions from sales through delivery, understanding client challenges and suggesting robust AI/ML solutions.
• Apply ML, DL, and AI techniques to build tools solving business problems.
• Assist in design, development, and delivery of ML solutions (CV, NLP, recommender systems).
• Stay updated on AI/ML concepts and trends to contribute to discussions and development.
• Support pricing strategies, go-to-market plans, and partnerships for AI adoption.
• Mentor and grow the AI/ML community within the organization.
