BCD Travel is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the AI governance program across the enterprise, partnering with Security Architecture, Data Science, Engineering, Privacy, Legal and Compliance. This governance-focused role drives policy, risk classification, controls, and metrics throughout the AI lifecycle.

You will influence senior stakeholders, translate regulatory requirements into durable frameworks, and shape operating models for responsible technology across LATAM.

Formación

• Extensive governance, risk management, security, or technology governance experience.
• Cross-functional collaboration across enterprise teams.
• Hands-on governance, risk, compliance, security, or AI oversight activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Risk Management (or equivalent).
• Formal training or mastery in governance, risk management, cyber and AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of enterprise governance, risk management, and compliance principles.
• Understanding of AI lifecycle risks (bias, transparency, explainability, security, resilience).
• Expertise of Cybersecurity governance frameworks and control models.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain AI governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating models.
• Govern AI systems across their full lifecycle: intake, risk classification, approval, monitoring, retirement.
• Align AI governance with enterprise security and risk frameworks.
• Ensure security, privacy, and ethical requirements are embedded into AI governance by design.
• Oversee AI and security risk identification, assessment, treatment, and acceptance processes.
• Support internal audit, regulatory inquiries, and assurance activities related to AI governance.
