AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build production-ready agentic capabilities for a B2B intelligence platform. You will design single-agent and multi-agent workflows, extend Hermes Agent with new features, and integrate model APIs across Microsoft Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and compatible providers.

You will work with CPTO, deliver releasable increments about every four weeks, and align with US West Coast hours from a LatAm base.

Formación

• Hands-on experience building agentic applications or workflows with Hermes Agent, OpenClaw, or similar
• Senior-level software engineering with 4+ years producing production-grade software
• Strong backend or full-stack development including APIs, integrations, asynchrony, testing, debugging, and system design
• Experience designing and operating evaluations for LLM/agent-based systems
• Experience integrating LLMs via model APIs or cloud platforms
• Demonstrated ability to build agent skills, plugins, automations, integrations, or apps

Responsabilidades

• Build features, skills, tools, integrations, and workflows on Hermes Agent
• Modernize B2B workflows into end-to-end agent-driven processes
• Design provider-independent model integrations across Microsoft Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and other APIs
• Contribute to model-governance capabilities, including policy enforcement and deployment controls
• Use GitHub Enterprise and AI tools to implement, test, and iterate on agent capabilities
• Deliver releasable product increments roughly every four weeks
• Define and run evaluations for agent behavior and model performance
• Create single-agent and multi-agent workflows for various use cases
• Integrate agent capabilities into user interfaces like Hermes Desktop or CLI tools
