EXL is seeking an AP Senior Executive in Bogotá, on-site at Conecta, Calle 26. The role oversees invoice processing, payment cycles, and compliance within a shared services environment.

You will manage AP aging, assist in month-end close, and prepare AP dashboards while supporting junior team members. The ideal candidate holds a Finance/Accounting degree, has 2–4 years AP or shared services experience, and can work with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of Accounts Payable or Shared Services experience.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to manage SLAs and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• English proficiency: B2+ (required).
• Intermediate Excel skills (required).

Senior Executive AP (Accounts Payable)

About the Role

We are seeking an AP Senior Executive to join our Finance & Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing accounts payable operations, invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and compliance activities within a shared services or corporate finance environment.

Location: Conecta, Calle 26, Bogotá (100% On-site)

Salary: COP $4,000,000 per month

Start Date: September 14, 2026

Contract Type: Indefinite-Term Contract

Payment Frequency: Biweekly

Key Responsibilities
