A leading IT consulting firm is seeking a PeopleSoft Functional Technical Consultant with strong experience in the Accounts Payable module. This role, based in Bogotá, can be hybrid with 3 days in the office. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in configuring and supporting the AP module, alongside a strong understanding of payment processes. Overview

We are looking for a PeopleSoft Functional Technical Consultant with strong experience in the Accounts Payable (AP) module to support the maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement of our PeopleSoft-based financial solutions. This role will work closely with key business users and the technology team to ensure the proper operation of vendor payment processes, while meeting standards of quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Location: Bogotá, Distrito Capital. This is a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days per week in the office.

Schedule: There are two operational shifts (Colombia time): Mon-Fri, 6am to 12pm or 12pm to 9pm. We work alongside teams in India (therefore, we offer a 24/7 service).

Language: C1 Advanced English.
Contract Type: Permanent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
• Experience with PeopleSoft (ideally version 9.1 or later).
• Minimum of 3 years in configuration and support of the Accounts Payable module.
• Strong functional knowledge of payment processes, Procure-to-Pay cycle, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Experience in incident resolution, requirements analysis, and functional testing.
• Desirable: Experience with PeopleSoft integrations with other financial systems.

• Document configurations, processes, and procedures related to Accounts Payable.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to optimize payment processes.
• Implement efficiency improvements and automation within the AP module.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls.
• Participate in PeopleSoft upgrade or version migration projects.
