Job summary

Empresaconfidencial seeks a Records to Report (R2R) Analyst in Bogotá to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial information through accounting, reconciliation, and reporting activities. You will support month-end close and maintain strong financial controls.

The role requires a degree in accounting or finance, strong MS Excel skills, and fluency in English. At least 3 years of similar‑role experience in cross‑cultural companies is preferred.

The Record to Report (R2R) Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of financial information through the execution of accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting activities. This position contributes to the production of accurate financial statements and supports business decision-making by maintaining high standards of financial control, compliance, and reporting quality.

Responsabilities

• Ensure bookkeeping complies with group accounting policies and procedures
• Ensure delivery of high-quality financial data.
• Prepare month-end closing entries, including fixed asset depreciation, prepaid expenses, accruals, IFRS adjustments, etc.
• Perform month-end closing, including account reconciliations and analysis.
• Prepare monthly financial reports in accordance with group reporting deadlines.
• Prepare monthly variance analyses and provide explanations for significant deviations.
• Prepare specifications and reconciliations of reported data.
• Perform all activities accurately and on time, according to guidelines provided by the Team Leader.

Requirements:

• University/College Degree, in Accounting, Economics and Finance
• MS Excel skills
• English (both verbal and written) - required
• Results oriented with organizational and planning skills
• Experience in similar position (Minimum 3 years) and cross cultural companies.
