HCLTech is seeking a seasoned Security Engineer in Bogotá to drive design, deployment, and optimization of Cisco security solutions for enterprise customers. The role emphasizes leadership in project delivery and hands-on troubleshooting across complex networks.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of relevant experience, a BSc in Computer Science or equivalent, and strong communication skills in English. Advanced degrees are preferred, with CCIE/CCNP Security being a plus.

Formación

• Requires BSc Computer Science or equivalent plus 5–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Certification in security (CCIE/CCNP Security) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Works with customers on strategy/deployment/optimization of services and solutions.
• Leads delivery projects and ensures timely execution.
• Improves field solutions and shares knowledge across the practice.
• Creates and approves project deliverables (Designs, HLD/LLD, Implementation/Change Plans).
• Builds/leverages test environments to resolve complex problems.
• Configures, deploys and troubleshoots Client’s products and solutions using scripting.
