Insight Global is seeking an experienced SDET to drive manual and automated testing across modernization efforts from .NET to newer stacks. You will build scalable test automation frameworks and collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and the Tech Lead to ensure reliable releases.

The role requires designing automated test strategies, maintaining test suites, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines to minimize regression risk and support continuous delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in SDET, Test Automation, or QA engineering roles.
• Strong experience designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites.
• Create automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests for modernized applications.
• Collaborate with developers and QA to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Participate in manual testing to achieve full coverage of modernized apps.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document defects and quality issues.
• Validate upgrades, dependency updates, and compatibility changes.
• Execute tests against web apps, APIs, and supporting services.
• Analyze results, provide quality metrics, and report risks.
