AppSpring is seeking a results-driven PM with a solid technical background to steer cross-functional software squads, maintain sprint velocity, and align with clients. You will lead daily agile rituals, coordinate scope and timelines, and proactively resolve risks to keep projects on track.

Requirements include 4+ years managing software projects, Scrum expertise, and fluent English for direct client communication. The role offers a 100% remote framework and opportunities for PM certifications.

About the Position

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day agile operations (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospective, backlog grooming)
• Serve as primary liaison between AppSpring development teams and North American client teams
• Coordinate scope definitions, project timelines, and deliver budget review tracking weekly
• Identify and resolve project risks, dependency blockages, and operational bottlenecks early
• Foster high performance, psychological safety, and accountability within engineering squads

Requirements & Technical Skills

• 4+ years of experience managing software development projects in B2B or tech environments
• Expert knowledge of Scrum methodologies, agile tools (Jira, ClickUp), and estimation techniques
• Excellent client-facing skills, with experience managing stakeholders directly in English
• Technical background (software engineering degree or extensive technical PM experience) is highly preferred
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
