CloudKitchens is seeking a Salesforce Operations Associate to drive data-driven growth for our global commercial team. You will own dashboards, analytics, and forecasting to inform how we sell, where we sell, and what we sell next.

You will manage pipeline intelligence, territory design, and quota modeling while ensuring data quality across Salesforce. This role demands strong English communication and collaboration with leadership.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, Business Operations, or a similar data-heavy commercial role.
• Prior hands-on Salesforce experience in reporting, analytics, and debugging is required.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales funnels and GTM levers.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to present to senior global stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the source-of-truth dashboards and reporting used by Sales leadership: coverage, velocity, win rates, segment health, rep productivity, and ramp.
• Run account enrichment, ICP-fit scoring, and workflows to surface high-quality target accounts for inbound/outbound motions.
• Partner with leadership on territory design, quota modeling, capacity planning, and pricing/packaging analysis.
• Champion data quality in Salesforce and build clean data pipelines into the data warehouse (BigQuery or Snowflake).
• Translate analysis into actionable recommendations and drive adoption with stakeholders.
