CloudKitchens in Bogotá is seeking a Salesforce Operations Associate to be the analytical engine behind our commercial growth. You will turn raw data into insights, models, and forecasts that drive how we sell, where we sell, and what we sell next.

You will own pipeline intelligence, forecasting accuracy, territory analytics, and the data products that our go-to-market leaders rely on daily. Your work will influence how Picnic deploys reps, prioritizes accounts, and commits to revenue numbers

Formación

• 1–3 years in Sales Operations or a similar data-heavy commercial role.
• Hands-on Salesforce reporting, analytics and debugging is required.
• Strong business sense and understanding of sales funnels and GTM levers.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken, with global stakeholders in mind.

Responsabilidades

• Own source-of-truth dashboards and reporting used by Sales leadership.
• Run account enrichment, ICP-fit scoring, and territory analytics workflows.
• Partner on territory design, quota modeling, and pricing analysis.
• Champion data quality in Salesforce and build pipelines into the data warehouse.
• Translate analysis into actionable recommendations and drive adoption.
