What will you do:

We’re looking for a skilled Salesforce Consultant to help design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into effective solutions, and optimize business processes using Salesforce, with a focus on Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

What will help you succeed:

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, including configuration, customization, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and how to align platform functionalities with business requirements.
• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional solutions, and recommending improvements to business processes.
• Ability to support Salesforce implementations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solutions meet client expectations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Good English proficiency, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients and team members in an international environment.
