Job summary

Softtek Bogotá is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to gather and translate requirements, support SF implementations and AMS projects, and collaborate across business and technical teams. The role emphasizes MuleSoft integrations and end-to-end lifecycle involvement.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in Salesforce, strong stakeholder skills, and experience with Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud in a global context. On-site work in Bogotá.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and AMS projects.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
• Solid understanding of business processes and their translation into Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with MuleSoft integrations (orders, customers, products, pricing, notifications).
• Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Support Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and AMS initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and propose effective Salesforce solutions.
• Work closely with technical teams to define functional requirements and support solution design.
• Support integrations between Salesforce and MuleSoft services.
• Participate in testing activities, defect validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and established processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and platform optimization.
