Gallagher is seeking a Salesforce Support Consultant in Medellín to maintain and improve Salesforce and integrated systems. You will ensure smooth operations and empower teams to deliver exceptional results.

You will diagnose complex configurations, troubleshoot flows and automations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement fixes and enhancements. This role demands strong analytical skills and a customer-focused mindset, in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Level 2 Support Analyst.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce configurations, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Resolve escalated Salesforce issues, ensuring system stability and reliability.
• Diagnose configurations, integrations, and automations.
• Collaborate with development teams to validate fixes and deploy solutions.
