DHL Global Forwarding (Colombia) S.A.S. seeks a Team Leader – Sales to direct Bogotá-based Sales service line teams (Sales Support, Digital Sales and After Sales) and enable the commercial organization to win and grow business.

You will partner with regional partners such as DGF US, delivering service with strong leadership and data-driven coaching. The role emphasizes building a motivated, high-performing team, managing SLAs, and driving continuous improvement through process standardization

Formación

• Leadership experience in sales/commercial support or shared services.
• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics (air/ocean).
• Proven track record developing leaders and improving team performance.
• Advanced English, written and spoken (C1 preferred).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in a global environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop an expanding team across multiple service lines.
• Manage day-to-day delivery of Sales services against SLAs and SOPs.
• Run monthly Service Performance Reviews and QBRs.
• Drive standardization, automation and dashboards with OPEX and digital teams.
• Collaborate with regional and country Sales orgs to align priorities.
