CSS in Bogotá is seeking a Specialist – Sales to drive the efficiency of the sales process and support a cross-functional team including Outside and Inside Sales, COE, Marketing and suppliers. You will ensure a steady flow of meaningful sales interactions and an expansion of outside sales capacity.

You will oversee scheduling, field specialist deployment, CRM updates, and complex proposals. You will help co-develop pricing strategies to improve margins and lead post-sale projects to ensure

Formación

• 2+ years in inside/outside sales, project, business development or operations management.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Increase sales process efficiency by developing backlog of opportunities with internal teams.
• Schedule sales calls and deploy Field Technical Specialists.
• Debrief after customer visits and update CRM; manage follow-up communications.
• Develop complex proposals and manage pricing strategies with management and outside sales.
• Lead post-sale projects and ensure timely execution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in regular meetings to measure progress of objectives.
• Possibly serve as SME for critical customers.
• Assist with workload distribution among inside sales team.
