Job summary

Wonolo is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to own the GTM toolstack and automate workflows across sales, customer success, and self-serve channels. You will partner with the Salesforce Admin and cross-functional leaders to define requirements, build integrations, and ensure data quality.

This remote-friendly role welcomes candidates from Latin America and Colombia, with an emphasis on hands-on tooling expertise and practical problem solving.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a systems, operations, or GTM tooling role.
• Hands-on experience building automations across the GTM toolstack.
• Experience evaluating AI tools in real business workflows.
• Working fluency in Salesforce data model and reporting.
• Track record of ramping up on new tools quickly and forming an independent point of view.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the GTM toolstack and provide first-line support.
• Scope and drive GTM tooling initiatives end to end.
• Evaluate new tools and AI-driven workflows with an opinionated view.
• Build documentation and self-serve resources to reduce reactive support load.
