Velocity is seeking a Sales Assistant in Cali, Colombia to support the sales team with order processing, data entry, and ERP record maintenance. This onsite role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and timely execution of sales transactions to drive customer success.

You will handle order administration, data management, and compliance tasks, working closely with the sales group to ensure smooth operation and exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of office administration, customer service, or sales support experience.
• Experience working with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Service Orders, and RMAs.
• Process order changes, cancellations, and revisions.
• Link related transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Manage stock allocations and lot assignments.
• Enter and maintain customer, supplier, and business partner information.
• Ensure ERP data accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with account profile maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies.
• Identify and elevate discrepancies or system issues.
• Ensure transactions are completed within established service levels.

Supporting Sales. Driving Customer Success.

We are seeking a Sales Assistant in Cali, Colombia to provide support to Velocity's sales team, helping deliver exceptional customer experiences and enabling outstanding business results.

This role will provide administrative and operational support to Velocity's sales organization by coordinating order processes, maintaining accurate ERP records, supporting data management activities, and ensuring timely and accurate execution of sales transactions. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting sales teams while contributing to operational efficiency — we want to meet you.

What can you expect to do?
