Cencora is seeking a capable professional to drive the implementation of their new payment platform initiatives in Colombia. You will document business requirements, manage workback schedules, and coordinate stakeholder readiness to ensure smooth delivery.

Working on day-to-day portal operations, you will handle approvals, inquiries, and escalations, while coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors to upgrade systems and maintain stable processing.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in billing and invoicing, contract documentation, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or ITIL Foundation certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers implementation of new payment platform initiatives by documenting business requirements, maintaining workback schedules, and coordinating stakeholder readiness.
• Administers day-to-day portal operations by managing approvals, inquiries, and escalations to meet defined service and turnaround expectations.
• Coordinates system upgrades and change requests by prioritizing demand, aligning timelines, and facilitating delivery with internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Validates transaction processing inputs and operational outputs by monitoring exceptions and coordinating troubleshooting to restore stable processing.
• Prepares client-facing materials and operational documentation to enable consistent program execution and stakeholder understanding of platform requirements.
• Produces recurring operational reporting and contributes to business reviews by summarizing volumes, trends, and open items requiring action.
• Completes required adverse event documentation and escalations in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
