Cencora, through World Courier de Colombia S.A., seeks a detail-oriented professional to advance our payment platform initiatives. You will document requirements, coordinate readiness, and oversee daily portal operations to meet service targets.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and third-party vendors to implement upgrades, validate transactions, and produce clear reporting for stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in billing or contract work are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 2+ years in billing, invoicing, contract documentation, or related field.
• PMP or ITIL Foundation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Document business requirements and coordinate stakeholder readiness for new payment platform initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day portal operations including approvals, inquiries, escalations.
• Coordinate system upgrades and change requests with internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Validate transaction processing inputs and outputs; troubleshoot interruptions to restore processing.
• Prepare client-facing materials and operational documentation for platform requirements.
• Produce recurring operational reporting and support business reviews.
• Complete adverse event documentation and escalations per procedures.

Responsibilities

• Delivers implementation of new payment platform initiatives by documenting business requirements, maintaining workback schedules, and coordinating stakeholder readiness.
• Administers day-to-day portal operations by managing approvals, inquiries, and escalations to meet defined service and turnaround expectations.
• Coordinates system upgrades and change requests by prioritizing demand, aligning timelines, and facilitating delivery with internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Validates transaction processing inputs and operational outputs by monitoring exceptions and coordinating troubleshooting to restore stable processing.
• Prepares client-facing materials and operational documentation to enable consistent program execution and stakeholder understanding of platform requirements.
• Produces recurring operational reporting and contributes to business reviews by summarizing volumes, trends, and open items requiring action.
• Completes required adverse event documentation and escalations in accordance with established procedures and timelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience

• 2+ years of experience in billing and invoicing, contract documentation, or a related field required.

Skills And Knowledge

• Project Management Professional (PMP),
• ITIL Foundation, or equivalent certification preferred.
