Okeanos Group, LLC seeks a LATAM Sales Associate to develop the Colombia and Ecuador markets, manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, and collaborate with Technical, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams.
We target growth in the plastics industry with a strong emphasis on new business, customer development, and distributor relationships, and require travel within Colombia and Ecuador to advance opportunities.

The Sales Associate, LATAM will be responsible for developing and growing Okeanos’ business in the Andean Region, primarily Colombia and Ecuador, with a strong focus on new business development, customer development, and market expansion. The role will be responsible for identifying new commercial opportunities, developing customers from scratch, building and managing a strong sales pipeline, and taking opportunities from prospecting through trials, approvals, negotiation, and closing. The position will also manage existing customer and distributor relationships, ensuring proper commercial follow-up and working closely with Technical, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to successfully develop and convert business opportunities.
Location: Quito, EC or Bogota, CO.
