Orbia Building & Infrastructure (Wavin) is seeking a Pricing Manager in Colombia to strengthen pricing strategies across the Americas. You will lead pricing initiatives, build financial models, and explore innovative pricing and contracting opportunities in a multinational environment.

The role requires a bachelor's degree with a master’s preferred, and fluency in Spanish and English for professional communication. Experience in pricing and profitability improvement is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree; master's level preferred.
• Spanish and English speaking and writing on a professional level.
• 5 years experience in Pricing & Profitability improvement programs.
• Experience in international environment within a multinational company.
• Strategic thinker, communications skills, project management in a complex multiyear environment.
• Able to interpret large data sets with detailed analyses and translate them to stakeholder advice.

The Role

The Pricing Manager, is focussing on strengthening of Pricing strategies and processes across the Americas Region.

Responsibilities

• Lead, embed and actively drive pricing initiatives / improvements towards the operating companies.
• Conduct financial modeling and analysis to determine prices for products, services and markets.
