Job Summary
The Sales Associate, LATAM will be responsible for developing and growing Okeanos' business in the Andean Region, primarily Colombia and Ecuador, with a strong focus on new business development, customer development, and market expansion.
The role will be responsible for identifying new commercial opportunities, developing customers from scratch, building and managing a strong sales pipeline, and taking opportunities from prospecting through trials, approvals, negotiation, and closing.
The position will also manage existing customer and distributor relationships, ensuring proper commercial follow-up and working closely with Technical, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to successfully develop and convert business opportunities.
