adidas Group is seeking a S2P Manager to lead Accounts Payable operations for the Americas, ensuring policy compliance and driving process improvements. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, risk management, and performance reviews across a globally located S2P team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in AP/Procurement, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Spanish, with Portuguese a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong influencing, analytical, and numerical capabilities.
• Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude, high energy, and ability to drive change.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; able to navigate complex organizations and engage diverse audiences.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive success and create value for the region, positively impacting market KPIs.
• Identify and anticipate risks affecting market operations and performance, support issue resolution and prioritization effectively.
• Collaborate closely with Operations Leads and Functional Leads (globally located) within S2P to drive business growth and performance.
• Lead Business Performance Reviews and ensure action plans are implemented in alignment with market needs and S2P procedures.
• Manage the AP team, including coaching, training, motivation, and performance appraisal guidance.
• Ensure team members are trained and equipped with the necessary tools and resources to perform effectively.
• Maintain AP KPIs at optimal levels and provide visibility to stakeholders through dashboards and regular reporting.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and productivity while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and innovation.
