adidas Group is seeking a S2P Manager to lead Accounts Payable operations for the Americas, ensuring policy compliance and driving process improvements. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, risk management, and performance reviews across a globally located S2P team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in AP/Procurement, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Spanish, with Portuguese a plus.

Within GBS, the Source to Pay (S2P) process plays a key role in ensuring a seamless vendor journey—from order creation to payment. It supports business growth through standardization, automation, and a strong vendor-centric approach.

The S2P Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with global policies, leading strategic initiatives, and supporting the S2P Senior Manager. This role oversees Accounts Payable operations for the region—including postings, vendor reconciliations, and month-end close—serves as an escalation point for process-related issues and manages the AP team to ensure efficient operations and continuous improvement.

Acting as a market ambassador by actively engaging stakeholders, listening to local/regional needs, and ensuring high compliance with market requirements.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of S2P topics, such as Order Management, Accounts Payable, Payments, Vendor contact, Sourcing & Procurement Compliance. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable and/or Procurement.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong influencing, analytical, and numerical capabilities.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a positive attitude, high energy, and ability to drive change.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; able to navigate complex organizations and engage diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and procurement processes.
• Demonstrated experience in people management and leading medium-sized teams.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
