BairesDev is seeking a Software Engineer specializing in Rust and blockchain to design and develop high-performance decentralized applications and core infrastructure components. You will build secure, scalable Rust-based protocols and contribute to Solana, Substrate, and non-EVM ecosystems.

The role emphasizes remote collaboration, strong English skills, and rigorous testing and security audits to ensure production-grade reliability.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on blockchain development.
• Proven expertise in developing on Rust-based blockchain platforms such as Solana, Polkadot, or Substrate.
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing smart contracts or runtime modules in Rust.
• Deep understanding of decentralized architectures, consensus mechanisms, and non-EVM ecosystems.
• Strong background in systems programming and memory management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop decentralized programs and smart contracts using Rust on the Solana platform.
• Build and maintain custom blockchain runtimes and parachains utilizing the Substrate framework.
• Implement robust and secure logic for on-chain execution and state management.
• Optimize blockchain components for high throughput, low latency, and resource efficiency.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate Rust-based modules into broader ecosystem architectures.
• Conduct thorough testing and security audits of blockchain code to ensure production-grade reliability.
