BairesDev is seeking a Senior Blockchain Engineer to design and build secure on-chain systems and decentralized infrastructure. You will lead production-grade smart contracts, DApps, and scalable RPC services while ensuring security and high performance.

Join a fully remote global team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and work with Ethereum/Cosmos SDK, Solidity or Rust, and Web3 libraries to deliver enterprise-grade blockchain solutions.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering focused on blockchain.
• Proficiency in Solidity or Rust (Solana, NEAR).
• Experience with Ethereum or Cosmos SDK.
• Experience with ERC standards (20,721,3643) and Web3 libraries.
• Hands-on building DApps, RPC services, and tokenization solutions.
• Business-level English.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and deploy production-grade smart contracts and DApps.
• Design secure protocols for tokenization, DeFi, and wallet-driven workflows.
• Develop and maintain RPC services and messaging systems to support distributed networks.
• Ensure longevity and security of on-chain systems through testing and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate decentralized logic with enterprise services.
