Tempo, a layer-1 blockchain built for stablecoins and real-world payments, is hiring a senior engineer to design and ship scalable distributed systems in Rust. You will own development end-to-end, collaborating with AI, commerce, and financial services teams to move fast and deliver concrete solutions.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, and excellent communicators who relish deep technical challenges across the Ethereum stack and consensus mechanisms.

Formación

• Significant experience building scalable, distributed systems in Rust.
• Deep familiarity with the Ethereum ecosystem, EVM, and Execution Layer; hands-on with the Ethereum stack.
• Self-motivated and independent, comfortable with ambiguity.
• Collaborative and an exceptional communicator.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and ship complex features, indexing on performance and benchmarking.
• Own development throughout the entire lifecycle, with a focus on deep collaboration, quick iteration cycles and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
