Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Retail Credit Risk Manager to oversee the retail credit portfolio in Bogotá. You will use data to shape risk-adjusted returns and lead preventive actions that improve credit performance.

You will partner with Risk Modelling, monitor KPIs, and engage with stakeholders and regional regulators to uphold strong risk governance while helping expand Revolut's credit products internationally.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in retail credit risk management.
• Knowledge of Colombian and European credit risk regulations.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for portfolio analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee retail credit risk exposure across the full lifecycle.
• Monitor portfolio performance using KPIs and BCIs.
• Collaborate with Risk Modelling to develop and monitor risk models.
• Manage risk appetite through limit calibration and escalation of exposures.
• Review policies and controls to align with the risk framework.
• Assess risk for new products before launch.
• Monitor expected credit losses and their impact on profitability.
• Oversee collections performance and governance.
• Engage with stakeholders, risk committees and regulators on material risks.
• Identify emerging risks and drive mitigation actions.
