TCL is seeking a Channel Marketing professional to develop and execute retail-focused marketing strategies with leading Colombian retailers. You will lead co-marketing campaigns, manage COOP funds, and strengthen brand presence across physical and digital channels for Mobile, Tablets, TV, Audio and Consumer Electronics.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Channel/Trade Marketing within tech or retail, strong Excel skills, and English communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional

Formación

• 3–5 years in Channel Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Trade Marketing within technology, consumer electronics, or retail sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields is preferred.
• Advanced Excel and analytical tools knowledge is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns and activations with retailers.
• Manage budgets and COOP funds, monitoring investments and profitability.
• Coordinate promotional calendars with Sales, Trade Marketing, Product teams, and agencies for omni-channel campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs like sell-out, ROI, traffic, conversion, and POS execution; generate insights.
• Lead initiatives to accelerate sell-out, increase brand visibility, and drive inventory turnover across channels.
