SERVPRO of Douglasville/Carrollton/Troup-Coweta Counties is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.

Responsibilities include developing project scopes and estimates, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and ensuring client requirements and billing processes are met. Strong communication with customers and insurers is essential.

Formación

• High school diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of industry experience.
• IICRC certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews.
• Prepare and validate project scope and estimates using proprietary software.
• Coordinate and schedule crews, subcontractors, and resources for active projects.
• Review site documentation to support services and billing processes.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets.
