SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is seeking motivated teammates for emergency restoration and cleaning projects. You will respond to water and fire damage calls, perform water extraction, drying, and equipment setup, and help restore homes and businesses to pre-loss condition.

Ideal candidates have handyman or construction experience, enjoy teamwork, and are willing to learn new skills. On-site work with opportunities for advancement and safety-focused operations are offered.

Formación

• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage.
• Evaluate and perform restoration activities including water extraction, fire damages, setup of specialty equipment, and demolition.
• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project.
• Communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors.
• Maintain open communication with clients, addressing concerns and explaining the restoration process.
• Perform restoration and cleanup tasks, including water extraction, drying and site clean-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage.
• Evaluate and perform restoration activities including but not limited to, water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition.
• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project.
• Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors.

Position Requirements

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
