SOLVO S.A.S in Medellín, Colombia is seeking a Bilingual Reservations & Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional guest service, accurately process reservations, and support the booking process.

This full-time, on-site role requires advanced English (B2+) and at least 1 year in customer service or hospitality, with strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency (B2+)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, tourism, call center environments, or related roles
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Accurately process and manage tour and lodging reservations.
• Professionally answer inbound customer calls and provide assistance.
• Support Spanish-speaking guests throughout the booking process.
• Provide information regarding resorts, services, and available programs.
• Follow up with guests who missed scheduled tours and assist with rebooking.
• Maintain updated operational information and communicate changes as needed.
• Perform reservation validations and daily operational verifications.
• Support administrative and customer service tasks as required

Bilingual Reservations & Customer Service Agent

Location: Medellín, Colombia (On-site)

Schedule: Friday through Tuesday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Position Summary

The Bilingual Reservations & Customer Service Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurately processing reservations, assisting guests throughout the booking process, and supporting daily operational activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.
