Responsibilities

• Develops client interaction and negotiation skills.
• Reviews process evaluation results to perform analysis and provide data to resolve client claims or inquiries.
• Communicates analysis results to internal stakeholders.
• Implements changes to processes or tools to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
