Qualifications

• 3+ years creating short-form video content or motion graphics for tech or B2B SaaS platforms.
• Portfolio demonstrating video creation and motion graphics capabilities is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Remote across Latin America; US visa required for occasional travel.
• Full English proficiency required; role involves presenting to US-based product managers.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro and After Effects is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Script, record, edit, and animate concise, high-retention video content under 90 seconds (UI walkthroughs, feature spotlights, micro-learning reels).
• Turn customer journeys into creative video assets aligned with product positioning and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Campaign Strategists, and Enablement leads to map videos into automated journeys and in-app triggers.
• Track engagement metrics and iterate to improve ROI and content ROI.
• Build and scale internal video production engine with libraries, templates, and scalable workflows; leverage AI to accelerate production.
