Job summary

Reach Digital is hiring a Video Content Creator to become the face of our brand across social platforms. You will own the full video lifecycle from concept to publication, researching topics, writing scripts, filming, editing, and publishing on TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and YouTube.

You’ll produce both short and long-form content, craft engaging hooks and storytelling, and help build a high-volume content engine while meeting weekly production targets from a remote LATAM location with US overlap.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years creating short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
• Fluent, natural, conversational English for a US audience.
• Confident, engaging on-camera presence and storytelling ability.
• Strong video editing skills with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and formats.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Reliable home recording setup (camera/phone, mic, lighting, internet).
• Based in Latin America with 4–6 hours overlap with US Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

• Script, film, edit, and publish videos for multiple platforms.
• Be the on-camera face of the brand and create engaging content.
• Develop hooks, storytelling, and calls to action.
• Produce both short-form and long-form YouTube content.
• Repurpose long-form videos into clips to maximize reach.
• Collaborate with marketing on calendars and campaigns.
