platacard is seeking a Creative Specialist to join our Performance Marketing Team in Colombia. You will own the full production cycle for video content, coordinating with UGC creators, AI providers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, timely materials for the Colombian market.

You will drive creative development, review outputs, manage vendor relationships, and optimize processes for speed and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Creative Production, Project Management, Content Production, Marketing, or similar.
• Experience managing end-to-end content or creative production processes.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Familiar with social media content and digital trends.
• Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to editors.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production of UGC and performance video content for Colombia.
• Source and manage UGC creators, AI video providers, and external contractors.
• Coordinate multiple content streams and align stakeholders.
• Review videos and give structured feedback to editors and creators.
• Collaborate with post-production on reviews, iterations, and deadlines.

Job description

We are looking for a Creative Specialist to join our Performance Marketing Team in Colombia - a role focused on managing end-to-end video content production for Meta and delivering high-performing creative content for the Colombian market.

You will work with UGC creators, AI video providers, external contractors, and internal teams, taking ownership of the production process from initial coordination to final delivery. The role combines creative production, project management, and operational execution, with a strong focus on quality, speed, and efficiency.

Challenges that await you:

• Manage end-to-end production of UGC and performance video content, ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed timelines
• Source and manage UGC creators, AI video providers, and external production contractors
• Coordinate multiple content production streams simultaneously and ensure smooth collaboration between all stakeholders
• Independently review video content, provide structured feedback to editors and creators, and ensure consistency with company quality standards
• Collaborate with the internal post-production design team on content reviews, iterations, and deadline management
• Manage the operational side of external collaborations, including contracts, invoices, payments, and issue resolution
• Coordinate card delivery to creators, including the full process through last-mile delivery
• Maintain accurate information in the internal CRM throughout the full production cycle
• Identify bottlenecks in content production and implement solutions to reduce costs, speed up delivery, and improve operational efficiency
• Contribute to creative development through concept generation, scriptwriting, trend monitoring, and brainstorming

What makes you a great fit:

• 3+ years of experience in Creative Production, Project Management, Content Production, Marketing, or a similar role
• Proven experience managing content or creative production processes end-to-end
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and tight deadlines simultaneously
• Strong understanding of social media content and digital creative trends
• Ability to independently assess content quality and provide clear, actionable feedback
• Proactive and ownership-driven mindset with the ability to identify problems and move projects forward independently
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable managing operational processes, including contracts, invoices, payments, and external vendors
• Spanish - C2 level for effective communication with local creators, contractors, and partners in Colombia
• B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
