• Script, record, edit and animate concise, high-retention video content for digital CS channels.
• Turn customer journey blueprints into creative video assets for onboarding and adoption.
• Collaborate with CS, Marketing, and Enablement to align content with product positioning.
• Track engagement metrics and refine formats based on data trends.
