United States Digital Space LLC seeks a detail-oriented Vendor Management Program Manager to lead our third-party risk management framework. You will oversee vendor lifecycle and ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

The role requires 7+ years in vendor risk management, strong regulatory knowledge, and collaboration with Legal and Information Security to maintain audit-readiness and robust vendor controls.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional experience in vendor risk management, procurement, or third-party compliance.
• Understanding of PCI-DSS, SOC 2, GLBA, and BSA/AML regulatory guidance.
• Proven track record of managing a high volume of vendor assessments and maintaining audit-readiness.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools.

Responsabilidades

• Standards & Governance: establish vendor risk standards and governance practices across IT, Legal, and Compliance.
• Due Diligence & Monitoring: conduct vendor due diligence and ongoing monitoring activities, including privacy and data protection.
• Documentation & Reporting: maintain vendor risk documentation, inventory, onboarding/offboarding due diligence, and periodic reviews.
• Risk Assessment: perform day-to-day risk assessments for vendor criticality and inherent risks.
• Collaboration: work with Legal to ensure contracts and with Information Security for safeguards.
• Issue Escalation: identify, track, and escalate risk events to senior leadership and bank partners.
