CommandLink is seeking a Vendor Operations Analyst to own and improve our vendor data ecosystem. You will manage the Quote Tool, rate cards, and onboarding processes, collaborating with Sales, Dev, and regional teams to surface insights and optimize pricing and vendor performance.

You will work hands-on with platform data, track KPIs, and support vendor escalations and onboarding in a fast-moving, remote-capable environment. A commercial mindset and proactive approach are essential.

Formación

Experience with sales and/or purchasing functions and strong Excel skills.
A hands-on, analytical profile comfortable working directly with platform data.
A commercial mindset; able to speak with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Proactive by nature; able to obtain information independently.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment; startup or high-growth experience is a plus.
Ability to learn and navigate systems quickly; no deep technical background required.

Responsabilidades

Own and maintain the Quote Tool, rate cards, and building lists with clean data.
Acquire vendor information and load it into the Platform and folders; keep quotes current.
Analyze platform data, identify trends, and build vendor scorecards and KPIs.
Collaborate with Sales and Regional Pricing Analysts to shape regional strategy.
Coordinate with Dev on vendor API onboarding and ongoing maintenance.
Serve as main contact for US vendor escalations and onboarding support.
Lead vendors to submit updates directly for onboarding.
Take on additional projects to support team success.
