HT Travels is seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Vacation Planning Coordinators. In this role, you will assist clients in planning personalized travel experiences, coordinating vacation details, and helping ensure every trip is thoughtfully organized from start to finish.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with planning personalized vacation experiences
• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and travel options
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itinerary details
• Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and goals
• Provide recommendations based on client interests, needs, and budget
• Maintain accurate travel records and booking information
• Collaborate with travel suppliers and industry partners
• Monitor travel plans and assist with updates or changes when necessary
• Stay informed on travel trends, destination information, and supplier offerings
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the planning process
