Globalfy is seeking a Bookkeeper Level I to handle essential bookkeeping for multiple clients, ensuring accurate records, reconciliations, and timely financial reporting. The role requires strong English and familiarity with accounting principles, QuickBooks, and Xero.

You will manage client accounts, assist with monthly closes, and maintain organized records while staying compliant with tax standards. Remote work from Colombia with a full-time schedule.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced English.
• 2+ years of experience in a bookkeeping role or related position.
• Practical knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Exposure to managing multiple client accounts is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Keep the general ledger up to date for customers with accurate, timely entries.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements with the ledger and resolve discrepancies.
• Enter costs, expenses, and COGS with proper coding and classification.
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts with timely reconciliations and monthly closes.
• Support month-end close activities and communicate with clients to resolve issues.
• Prepare income statements and balance sheets regularly for accurate reporting.
• Provide accounting support to internal stakeholders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and tax standards.
• Stay updated on accounting and tax standards; participate in professional development.
