Emerging Travel Group is seeking a Customer Support Specialist (Modification Team) to assist clients with booking changes and cancellations using our CRM. You will advise clients on bookings, liaise with suppliers, hotels, and clients, and keep operations smooth.

Ideal candidates have upper-intermediate English, strong empathy, stress resistance, and quick learning. Remote work from Colombia with flexible schedule and KPI-based bonus.

• Upper intermediate English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client issues to cancel or change bookings via CRM.
• Advise clients on bookings and products.
• Communicate with suppliers, hotels and clients by email and phone.
• Use CRM systems and internal databases efficiently.
