The role involves organizing itineraries, reservations, and communications with clients, vendors, and team members, with occasional domestic and international travel.

The position is part-time and remote, offering flexible scheduling and opportunities to participate in select travel events.

• Track reservations, confirmations, deadlines, and schedule changes.
• Communicate schedule updates with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Help coordinate logistics for business trips, conferences, and travel events.
• Maintain organized records of reservations and important travel information.
• Monitor schedules and proactively identify potential conflicts or changes.
• Provide administrative support related to travel and scheduling.
• Assist with on-site coordination during select events or trips when needed.
