Job summary

World Business Lenders, LLC. is seeking a senior title operations lead who will manage a team of analysts responsible for reviewing title reports and clearing title issues in a timely manner.

The role requires coordinating with multiple departments to ensure smooth loan closings and strict SLA adherence. The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree in business and experience in lending or mortgage environments, with at least one year in title-related real estate and strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Experience in lending or mortgage processing preferred.
• At least one year of title-related real estate experience desirable.
• One year of customer support experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Analysts to review title reports and resolve issues according to policy and regulation.
• Coordinate with Production, Processing, Closing, Underwriting, and Asset Resolution to ensure timely workflow.
• Oversee the Title pipeline and SLA adherence, clearing bottlenecks.
• Identify and resolve title issues like liens, judgments, and unclear ownership affecting loan closings.
• Prepare affidavits and request payoffs to clear encumbrances.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with legal standards.
• Work with Processing to gather docs needed to meet conditions or clear title.
• Perform other duties to support title operations.
