You will assess title commitments, analyze deeds and mortgages, and ensure clear title for commercial closings across the U.S. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in title clearance and closing operations, and strong English communication. We offer a fully remote, full-time position with a USD salary and PTO after six months.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Business Administration or Finance.
• Solid understanding of U.S. real estate and title insurance/review is essential.
• Experience in title clearance, title examination, and closing operations is required.

Responsabilidades

• Review title commitments and understand requirements and exceptions to ensure proper lien positioning.
• Analyze deeds, mortgages, lien releases, and other documents with attention to detail.
• Interpret title descriptions, surveys, and title exceptions to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
